TICKETS & REFUNDS

Please select carefully when choosing your workshop date and time. We DO NOT refund or reschedule workshop bookings. If you are unable to attend a workshop, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person.

CLASS MINIMUMS
Classes require a minimum of 4 guests before they go ahead. If minimums aren't met classes can be rescheduled to a later date, transferred to another class or fully refunded.

FIRING

If requested for, all pieces made will be fired and glazed and ready for pickup a minimum of 8 weeks after the workshop date. All participants will be notified via text when items are ready for pickup.

 

FIRING FEES

Firing fee of $20 per piece paid during your workshop covers the trimming process, glazing of your works and 2 kiln firings.

POTTERY BREAKAGE

In the unfortunate case were your pottery breaks or cracks in the kiln, Not Yet Perfect do not offer refunds, as this is the nature of the firing process- pottery is a beautiful yet delicate process.While we take the utmost care to ensure all works are delivered in the best conditions, in the case were any ceramics breaks due to mishandling, you will be contacted by one of our team and a full refund of your firing fee will be offered.

GIFT CARDS

If you purchased a Not Yet Perfect Gift Card, or received a Not Yet Perfect Gift Card purchased, it will be valid for three years and will expire three years after the date of issue as indicated on the card.

These conditions apply to use of the following products (each a gift card): Not Yet Perfect Gift Cards issued by Not Yet Perfect Pty Limited ACN 644 400 000

References to “we, us, our” in these terms and conditions are to Not Yet Perfect Pty Limited, as indicated on the gift card you hold. A separate contract is created between you and the applicable issuing entity on these terms and conditions for each gift card you hold. We may, in our complete discretion, refuse to sell gift cards to any person at any time for any reason. Purchasing or using the gift card means that you accept the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Not Yet Perfect Gift Cards are redeemable at Not Yet Perfect Studios Australia and Not Yet Perfect Online store. Gift cards purchased at Not Yet Perfect Studio will be activated within 1 hours of purchase or, if you have a gift card which was purchased online, it will be activated within 1 hours of purchase following security confirmation. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be used for cash equivalent transactions (such as bill payments, private event payments, purchase of financial products or foreign currency), reloaded, returned for a refund or have their balances consolidated to a new gift card. We may in our sole discretion elect to cancel a gift card or block such a transaction if you attempt to do so. Gift cards are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

Keep your gift card secure and treat it as you would treat cash, as anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases. If your gift card is lost or stolen, or you suspect an unauthorised transaction, immediately report this by emailing info@notyetperfect.com. We may be able to stop gift card value being used, but require the card number, original balance and expiry date. We may replace a faulty, lost or stolen gift card. Any replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date. Email at info@notyetperfect.com. You must present the original receipt and reference number (located in the gift card). Make a record of the reference number and keep this separate from your receipt. Gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way.

We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks at our absolute discretion.If you have a query or complaint about the gift card, please raise it through any of our contact channels. If you think there has been a mistaken transaction on your gift card contact the studio where the mistake was made.
